Sorry you are going through chronic pain. But I have gone through several episodes of really major pain. I wish there were more pain killers out there. But here's what I've used (different situations vary on what has worked somewhat.) - Ice bags (this usually works the best which just numbs places up, though it only takes a little bit of pain away). - Heating pads - Massage - Music; listening to to take mind off - Elevate body parts that are hurting Other Possibilities: - Accupuncture; as long as you find a very experienced good practitioner to do it; some say it took a lot of pain away, others say a little. - Other natural therapies - Pain killing medications which have to be discussed and prescribed with doctors (I was on morphine during one of my hospital stays, but morphine is a dangerous drug). I also tried a device called XPain-TSE. It didn't work for me at all, but others I have heard has done a lot. They are electroyds that are stuck onto you and supposedly send vibes to your spinal cord, I believe and take away pain. Well, didn't work for me, but there were others in a forum that claimed it helped them a lot. Best of Luck, Hana
