Hi, a life-long sufferer. It's really, really been a career buster. My latest thought is the little flap, believe its the esophagual spincter between your stomach's contents and the esophaguas allowing the putrifying food in your stomach odors to come up. I have been thru everything - the entire Oxyfresh treatment in the mouth (no cavities in my life, excellent dental health) to having my tonsils removed - gargle with straight chlorophyll, peroxide, etc. Medical condition hiatal hernia (which is a red roughening of that esophagual sphincter area). Don't know of any solution - maybe surgery is necessary? Mike
