Hi, I have the same symptoms as you have and am diagnosed with SMS. I have had the aanti-GAD antibody test and EMG. There are supposed to be 3 kinds of SMS. One is simular to ours where just the legs and falling are affected. Also before I was on medication I couldn't yawn or roll over without my abdomin tensing really bad. I am able to do most things around the farm without help, but need to take my medication. I have had this condition for 5 years and am 52 years old. I do not have Diabetes or Thyroid disease.
