Heidi, There is a ton of information on the internet that I printed out for the teachers. I highlighted what was pertinent to my child and what interventions they could use. You could also ask your occupational therapist for information or books. There is a very good book called "The Out of Synch Child" by Carol Kranowitz. It deals with sensory integration problems which a lot of dyspraxic kids have. My son is 11 and was diagnosed at 4. With intensive therapy he has done wonderfully. Keep reading and be a strong advocate for your child. There is help out there!
