Yes, I too have noticed that I can get a migraine when I am tired, or overtired. This type of migraine usually strikes me about 2pm when I start yawning uncontrollably, and the solution is to go straight to bed and catch some sleep. If I ignore such symptoms my risk of a migraine is extremely high. I have also noticed that if I eat too much tasty cheese, say over a couple of days, this can also trigger a migraine. Then, last night I went to bed at 11pm feeling very tired, went straight to sleep but woke at about 4am with migraine symptoms and yawning uncontrollably. Despite taking medication immediately, and then 4 hours later I'm still battling to shake the rooten thing off. Also, I have noticed that if I skip a meal, or are late in having one that it can just about guarantee a migraine.
