I too was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. It is very important to keep the blood sugar level as steady as possible. This can be achieved by eating foods that contain proteins, especially at night.I try to stay away from any carbohydrates after 4:00 PM: potatoes, pasta, cakes, candy, chocolate, etc. and make sure that my evening meal, usually the last before going to bed is heavy with protein: eggs, meat, cheese, nuts, etc. This has helped me a lot and I don't feel dizzy or nauseated in the morning any longer. - I hope this helps. Good luck.
