RAP
I too started with shoulder, arm pain and a stiff neck. Diagnosed with cervical strain and tendonitis affecting my (R) side. Had numbness in fingers and pain in wrist. Oddly enough like you the rupture was to the (L) but all my symptoms were on the (R). Is this a W/C injury? Would like to hear more from you. My (r) leg was also giving out and continues to do so even after surgery. Don't fret, I had spinal cord impingment & nerve invlvmnt. I knew before surgery that I may not get better but that surgery should arrest the worsening process.
