Just wanted to let you know, you are not alone. I have a great neice who is now 1 year old. Maddie was sent home from the hospital as a normal baby, but she never moved much, and had trouble swallowing. After a few months she started having seizures, she was diagnosed with West Syndrome (a form of epilepsy mainly caused by lack of oxygen to the brain during labor and birth. Good Luck!
