I highly recommend getting a cream called JointFlex - they sell it at Walgreens and other like stores, - you just rub it on the area and it should help within a week or so....my husband had a terrible case of tendinitis in his elbow and orthopedic told him he really had to just deal with it....this cream worked wonders! Good luck...
