                        I know how painful tendonitis is because I had it in my right elbow. Nothing took the pain away until I started doing pull down's at the Gym. As I started doing this excercise regulary the pain started to go away and now I'm fine. It took around a month before all pain was gone and it never came back.  It worked for me!!  Denise
